HOW DO I BUY?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the bottom of Menu bar. Try to enter the correct product name. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. Then you just need to follow the instructions, we've already made it easy to go for you.

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Discount". And you're all good to go!

PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We don't accept COD, personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.

Our shop default currency is USD. 

You can pay with your local currency, your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your currency into USD for payment.

Scroll down to the bottom of our website. You'll see the "Price show in" section. Click in the drop down menu and choose your currency.

For the techno-geeks, we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available).

For your transaction and payment details, they are directly handled by PayPal Express Checkout or Stripe, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Nothin basic here.

Customs policies vary in every country, it’s best if you contact your local customs office for further information BEFORE you purchase. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

To make sure your card doesn’t accidentally get run twice, please only click the "Place Order" button once! Your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted.

ORDERING

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly in our system, usually, because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. Nothin basic here cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by a customer.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order for your desired item(s) on our website at your own convenience.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

SHIPPING

We located in Hong Kong. It may be shipped from China to EU countries for faster customs clearance.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging, which takes 3 - 14 days for almost all items and 5 - 30 days for items from Jk uniform collection*.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Once an order leaves our warehouses, standard shipping generally takes 10 - 15 business days and 2 - 6 days for express shipping.

Due to the COVID-19, the time frame above could face delayed. Please read our policy before purchase!

We do ship to PO box as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Sure we do! Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties. For more details please check our shipping. If we don't currently ship to your country, just email us and we'll do our best to get you cover.

RETURN & REFUND

You are entitled to return products purchased directly from Nothin basic here in 10 days after receiving your package for a full refund.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: 
➤ The item(s) you ordered did not arrive within 90 days promised by us. 
➤ The item(s) you received was not as described. 
➤ The item(s) you received has defected.

The product(s) must be unused, in original packaging and still in the same, new condition as when received.

We only replace items if you received defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nothinbasichere.com or here.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. The sale item(s) will be excluded from our normal return policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned. For more details please read our full Refund policy.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-7 business days.
